Force Financial was a nationwide automobile insurance agency serving non-commissioned officers of the armed forces. I was a member of the new management team that created telemarketing operations and opened a new service center. They are no longer in business.

Defined and implemented the systems for the startup of telemarketing. Did an operational and controls review of several large telemarketing organizations as the basis for developing a telemarketing plan. Wrote an implemented a plan to phase in telemarketing. Developed a Macintosh Hypercard - Hypertalk automobile quoting system. Developed operating guidelines and controls. Developed a loss reporting system in COBOL and OS/2 FOCUS. Managed all aspects of the data processing interrelationship with our insurance companies, contractors and vendors. Performed a nationwide vendor search to identify business partners for the development of integrated insurance systems. Developed testing plans, procedures and scripts to manage the development of rate and quote software. Designed the wiring closets and other physical and logical components for a Novell LAN running token ring. Wrote all the .bat, .sys, .cfg and other system and startup procedures for a Novell LAN. Wrote the backup and troubleshooting procedures. Implemented a Novell communication gateway. Designed and coded a customer tracking system in "C" and an OS/2 FOCUS database server on a Novell LAN.
